Registration Conditions

*Members of participating societies qualify as RehabWeek members

**Reduced rate available to Students; Proof of enrolment must be supplied. Student ID card must be presented to the registration desk during the RehabWeek

• *RehabWeek passes grant access to all scientific sessions of the RehabWeek and it's participating conferences from Tuesday, June 25th to Thursday, June 27th 2019.
• RehabWeek passes don't allow access to workshops on June 24th.
• Day passes grant access to all sessions of the RehabWeek and it's participating conferences
• on a specific day (available for Tuesday to Thursday).
• For exhibitor passes, please refer to the sponsorship and exhibitor manual. 
• **Free access is available to Industry sponsored workshops on the first day, however,

attendees must still register (at no cost)  to receive an access pass. 

Registration fees for full registration include;

• ID Badge, 
• Certificate of Attendance, 
• Entrance to the Scientific Sessions, 
• Entrance to the Exhibition Area, 
• Congress Bag, 
• Pocket Program, 
• Coffee Breaks & Lunch 
• Welcome Reception

Registration fees for Daily Pass include:

• ID Badge, 
• Entrance to the Scientific Sessions (for the selected date), 
• Entrance to the Exhibition Area (for the selected date), 
• Pocket Program, 
• Certificate of Attendance (for the date selected)
• Coffee Breaks & Lunch (for the date selected)

RehabWeek Packages & Rates

 If you would like to attend all the RehabWeek functions (Conference, Workshops and RehabWeek night) please select the package option to take advantage of the discounted rates.

RehabWeek Packages include:

• RehabWeek Registration
• Workshop Day Pass
• 1 RehabWeek Night Ticket

Cancellation Policy

Once validated with payment or invoice, registrations are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations received until the“Early Bird Deadline” 15 April will be fully refundable.
Cancellations received on and after 16 April will be Non-refundable.

Remarks:

• Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Congress Secretariat, Kenes M+, Mrs. Pinar Cobanoglu pcobanoglu@kenes.com. 
• All prices are inclusive of VAT and taxes.
• A confirmation letter will be mailed within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

Terms of Payment

The official currency of the Congress is USD.

Payments should be made in advance by credit card or bank transfer.

Please make your bank transfer for your registration fee excluding the bank transfer charges.

 Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard and AMEX may use their cards for charging all costs. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences in the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.

Registration and Information Desk

During the Congress, there will be a Registration Desk within the Metro Toronto Convention Center for on-site registrations and distribution of the name badges and for helping the participants in the issues related with their registrations.

The operating hours will be announced on the closer dates to the Congress.
