Climate
In Toronto, Canada's main city and capital of Ontario, the climate is continental, with cold winters and warm summers. From June to August, it is warm, with highs usually about 26/27 °C (79/81 °F); on hot days, when the temperature can reach or even exceed 30 °C (86 °F), it can also be muggy, due to the contribution of Lake Ontario. However, in summer, there are also cool and cloudy days.

The dress code for RehabWeek 2019 is business casual for all occasions unless stated otherwise.

Currency
The Canadian dollar (symbol: $; code: CAD) is the currency of Canada. It is abbreviated with the dollar sign $, or sometimes Can$ or C$ to distinguish it from other dollar-denominated currencies. It is divided into 100 cents (¢).
Electricity
In Canada, the standard voltage is 110-120 V (with a standard frequency of 60 Hz) rather than the 220 volts used in Europe.
European plugs are not compatible with Canadian electrical sockets. In order to plug in your electric appliances, you will need a plug adapter or a converter.

Language
The official language of the congress is English.
Letter of Invitation
The Congress Organizer will send you a letter of invitation upon request. The Organizing Committee would like to clearly state that the letter is to help the participant to raise travel funds and visa purposes. It has no further financial obligations from the Conference towards the participant. The Congress Secretariat is only able to send you the letter of invitation after receipt of your registration and payment.
Liability
Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Congress Secretariat assume any liability. Participants should, therefore, organize their own health and travel insurance.
